AI automation & training for agency teams

Reach your peak.

We build AI automations that run inside your agency’s own tools, then train your team to use them every week. Reports, account checks and client summaries get done faster, and your people get back to the work clients pay for.

Where teams get stuck

Everyone has AI. Few teams climb with it.

Your team already has access to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. The weekly work still looks the same. That gap is where we start.

  • Reporting

    Reports eat the week.

Pulling numbers from every platform, building the deck and writing the recap, client by client, by hand.

  • Accounts

    More accounts per person.

Each strategist covers more clients every year, so problems in an account show up when the client notices.

  • Adoption

Everyone uses AI their own way.

A few people get great results alone. Nothing is shared, nothing is measured and nothing becomes the team’s way of working.

What we build

Automations your team runs every week.

We start from your team’s real tasks and build the workflows with the most impact. Each one runs on its own schedule and hands your team a draft to review.

  • Weekly performance report

Pulls Meta and Google Ads data, calculates the KPIs your clients care about and drafts the insights and the client email. Your team reviews and sends.

    Weekly
  • Ad account checks

Daily checks on spend pacing, drops in results and rejected ads, with an alert to the right person in Slack or email.

    Daily
  • Client-ready summaries

Short updates written in your agency’s voice, from the same numbers your team already trusts.

    On demand
  • Monthly report drafts

The monthly story for each client: what moved, why, and what to try next, ready for your strategist’s edit.

    Monthly
  • Research and briefs

Competitor, audience and market research drafts that give your team a head start on every proposal and brief.

    Per project

01

Runs in your accounts

Your automation platform, your AI provider account, read-only access to your ad platforms. You keep everything.

02

Numbers checked by code

KPIs are calculated in code. Every figure the AI writes must match the data, or the draft is flagged.

03

A person approves

Nothing reaches a client without your team’s review. The automation drafts, your people decide.

04

Built to keep running

Retries when a service is down, alerts when something fails and documentation your team can maintain.

How we work

The route to the summit.

Step by step, on your team’s real work. Each camp leaves something running before we move higher.

  1. Camp I

    Diagnostic

A short survey and a call to map your team’s tasks and pick the workflows with the most impact.

  2. Camp II

    Workshop

A live, hands-on session built around your team’s roles, with a prompt and template library for each one.

  3. Camp III

    Build

We build two or three automations with your team, connected to your accounts and tested on real work.

  4. Summit

    Adopt & measure

Follow-up sessions to adjust and adopt, and a final report with hours saved and the next opportunities.

Your guides

Guided by the Peak Up Team.

Marketing operators who build and run AI systems inside a working agency every day. Every automation we build for you comes from real agency work.

  • We run it

Automated ad account checks, weekly performance reports with conclusions and client-ready summaries, in daily use.

  • Your tools

We work with the AI tools your company already approves. No new software to learn on day one.

  • Your data

We only use the information you approve, inside your own accounts. Nothing is used outside the engagement.

  • Measured

Time spent is measured before and after each workflow, so you can see what changed.

Questions

Before you start the climb.

Do we need to buy new software?

The automations run on an automation platform and an AI provider account opened in your company’s name, so you own them. We set everything up with you. These tools are billed to you directly by each provider.

Will you change anything in our ad accounts?

No. We use read-only access to pull data. The automations write drafts and alerts for your team, and your people decide what to do.

What happens when the program ends?

Everything keeps running in your accounts, with documentation your team can follow. If you want us to keep adding and maintaining automations, that’s the Altitude Partner plan.

How much time does our team need to put in?

One point person on your side and about two to three hours per person during the four-week program, mostly in the workshop and the follow-up sessions.

Is our client data safe?

We only work with the information you approve, inside your own tools and accounts. Nothing is used outside the engagement, and we can work with anonymized samples while we design.
